A sweet cake with origins from Ionian islands,Lefkada

The Lefkadian oil pie, with its main ingredients flour and oil, is made and offered at the feasts and in the joys (weddings, baptisms) as well as New Year's Eve as a traditional Vassilopita. Materials

Bake at 200 (in preheated oven) for 15 minutes and then at 180 for about 40-45 '. We try with a knife if the dough breaks out of the pan of the pan. Then the pie is ready. 4.
